You’ve got mail (1998) filming locations

“You’ve Got Mail” (1998, dir. Nora Ephron) is considered one of the most iconic romantic films of all-time. Here is what some of the filming locations from the movie look like today:

“What will NY152 say today I wonder. I turn on my computer. I wait impatiently as it connects. I go online, and my breath catches in my chest until I hear three little words: You’ve got mail.”
— Kathleen Kelly (Meg Ryan), "You've Got Mail" (1998)

Nelson Fox’s office

Nelson Fox’s (Joe Fox’s father) office is located in the Bertelsmann Building located at 1540 Broadway, New York, NY.

This building location was determined by my analysis of the surrounding views of the office. For instance, Joe Fox looks out the window that has a view of Times Square (the Paramount building and old TDK sign are seen). Additionally, buildings seen outside of his window include the One Astor Plaza (left) and the Marriott Marquis (left).
